People Around Here has been awarded a grant by BBC Children
in Need for £98,980 over 3 years. This will enable us to deliver a project with
Cardiff YOS.
We will work with young people who have committed criminal
offences, using creative media activities to build their confidence and develop
positive attitudes. The project will enable them to learn and use new skills
and celebrate their achievements, showing them that a career in crime is not
inevitable, and raising their aspirations for a positive future.
The project will begin in September 2012, so look out for
