Mural at Willows High School
Over a cold bank holiday in May, People Around Here got
together with HYPE youth forum and other volunteers to brighten up Willows High
School in Tremorfa. The young people instigated the project and worked with an
artist to design the mural, which shows all of the learning opportunities
offered at their school. Their hard work certainly paid off… Head Teacher Joy
Ballard said: “It looks absolutely brilliant! We are genuinely thrilled
with it and I think our pupils will really enjoy it!”
